EducationEmory University - BS, Neuroscience and Economics
ExperienceI attended Emory University, where I acquired my bachelor's degree in neuroscience and economics. While neuroscience and economics were my majors in college, I do have many other interests and hobbies. I also enjoy learning about religions, politics, and history and consider myself knowledgeable in each subject. Currently, I am applying to medical schools and graduate programs that focus on public policy and international affairs. I have experience tutoring. I have tutored test preparation to students. I also have tutored many medical courses to students. I believe that the majority of the students I work with actually enjoy learning. I believe they enjoy learning even more when they comprehend the significance of what they're being taught. As for my teaching style, I believe in using "real world" examples while teaching. This allows for my students to relate to specific concepts that are being taught. When I am not busy tutoring or attending school, I enjoy many sports. For example, I can be found on the basketball court engaging in a friendly game of hoops or on the tennis court practicing my swing. I also love playing a variety of trivia games. Lastly, I thoroughly enjoy watching the show Game of Thrones.
